Donation Form

Donations made to the Foundation are exempted from income tax under Section 80-G (5) (VI) of the Income Tax Act 1961, as per the order no. DIT(E)/MC/80-G/1841/2000-2001 dated 26/07/2000 for the period 27/01/2000 to 31/03/2001.

The Donation form is also available for download in 3 formats namely :
    1 ) PDF format
    2 ) doc (Word) format
    3 ) RTF format

Note : Read the Instructions carefully if you face some problem while downloading.
For PDF format:
1) If you have pdf plugin or Adobe Acrobat installed in your P.C , you can directly view the  pdf format in
    your browser within the plugin.You can save the format directly on your hard disk or print the donation
    form since both the options are available in the acrobat format.
2) If the pdf plugin or Acrobat is not installed, the Save to option will come and you can save the  pdf
    format on your hard disk.

For doc or RTP format :
1) Here also similar steps will be followed as in the pdf format. You can have either the Save to  option or
    can view the file in doc or rtf format and then save it manually by clicking the browser Save option.
